Our team assists schools and other organizations in establishing mindfulness programs that work. Mindfulness has been shown to increase academic achievement, standardized test scores, and enjoyment of the learning process - all without the use of ADHD medication.

Our coaching staff are experts in athletics and academic ability as well as specialists in how to apply mindfulness techniques.
